Shipping Policy

Accepting your order

Important!!  If the shipping container is damaged, do not accept the item from the carrier.  In instances where your package was delivered and left, notify the carrier immediately and have the item returned to Artizen Photo Printing for replacement.  Once we receive the damaged unopened container from the carrier we will ship a replacement as soon as possible.

Turnaround
 

Prints:  Once your order is approved by our lab it is shipped within 72 hours Tuesday - Friday 11am - 5pm.

Other products:  Due to manufacturing constraints, Gallery Mounts, Canvases, Metals and Acrylics are shipped within 15 business days of lab approval.  Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
 

Shipping Container Size

Due to container size and carrier constraints your order may be shipped in multiple containers.  You will be notified at the time of shipment of the number of shipments/containers you will be receiving.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS
FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information for each shipping container. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size of the shipping container, weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order.

Artizen Photo Printing is not responsible for the following.

  • Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/3rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by you.
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to you.
  • Satisfaction guarantee does not apply to shipping claims. We will reprint orders damaged or lost by shipping carrier.
  • We reserve the right to have you return the original order before reprinting or refunding your order.
  • We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business.  
  • We are not responsible for claims of defective, incomplete orders or orders received after estimated delivery date.
